Welcome, I am Tamara Siegel, MA, LPC 

Empowerment through Self  Psychological Counseling, LLC  is centered on evidence based therapy. Through my education and experience I believe that every person is uniquely different with special capabilities and different life stressors.  Empowerment through Self  Psychological Counseling, LLC provides a positive environment and empathic methodology where self- reflection and positive change/healing can begin. I provide counseling to children, teens and adults, with special interest in oncology counseling.
